Cronin Miller partner Derek Cronin has recently been appointed to the Gold Coast District Law Association, following the recent Annual General Meeting of the GCDLA.
Having been admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland for 30 years this January, the appointment marks another step in the community involvement of Derek and the firm.
The other members of the Committee appointed include Cliff Kroesen, Erin Mitchell, Guy Neilson, Daniel Samuel, Samuel Layani, Joelene Nel, Ben O’Brien, Angela Symons, Anna Mogan, Alisa Day and Cassandra Laurie.
“I am looking forward to engaging with the GCDLA and supporting the development of the legal profession locally. It has been more than 25 years since I was first involved as a committee member of the GCDLA and although the firm has consistently maintained its membership of the GCDLA, I am keen to take a more active interest in the various objectives of the Association” said Derek.
Derek has also recently been appointed as an Advisory Board Member of Gold Coast Leaders, an active organisation which facilitates the development of successful business networks both locally, nationally and internationally.
Cronin Miller continues to support the community on an ongoing basis, including its commitment to the Pink Ribbon Race Day, raising funds for Breast Cancer Awareness, which was held on Saturday 21 September.
