Gold Coast and Brisbane boutique law practice, Cronin Miller Litigation, has recently acquired the naming rights to their Gold Coast office at 33 Elkhorn Avenue in Surfers Paradise.
Making the announcement in January 2024, Partner Derek Cronin said “33 Elkhorn has been home to the firm for more than 15 years now, it is only fitting that our home would eventually have our name on it”.
The firm, which has been located on level 2 of the building, recently acquired further space on level 5 to facilitate the growing needs of the firm, making for a combined area of more than 300m2.
The Mediation Centre, which contains two boardrooms and breakout spaces for those engaged in Alternative Dispute Resolution at the Gold Coast office will also benefit from the additional space at the Building, which will be known as “The Cronin Miller Building”.
33 Elkhorn Avenue is an 8 story building which has been prime commercial space for more than 25 years, which also houses well regarded Gold Coast businesses including Cross Promotions, Infinity, Jared Poole design, and The Personal Injury Lawyers.
Plans are currently underway for new signage to be located on the south eastern side of the building.
