Darci joined Cronin Miller Litigation in September 2020 as a PLT student while completing her legal studies at Bond University. Following her admission as a solicitor in June 2021, she formally commenced her legal career with the firm.
Since her admission, Darci has developed a strong practice in commercial litigation and insolvency, with a particular interest and growing specialisation in bankruptcy law. She has gained valuable experience advising both individuals and insolvency practitioners in personal and corporate insolvency matters.
Darci has acted in a wide range of complex matters, including partnership and shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, and insolvency proceedings. She has appeared in proceedings before the Supreme Courts of Queensland , New South Wales, Victoria, and Tasmania, as well as the Federal Court of Australia.
She is known for her attention to detail and her practical, client-focused approach. Darci is committed to delivering strategic, commercially sound legal solutions and achieving cost-effective outcomes for her clients.
