Darci joined the team at Cronin Miller Litigation in September 2020, commencing with the firm as a PLT student while completing her legal studies at Bond University. Darci officially joined the ranks as a solicitor following her admission in June 2021.
Darci is originally from a small town in Ontario, Canada, but moved to the Gold Coast in 2018 to pursue her passion in law. While in Canada, Darci obtained a Bachelor of Bio-Resource Management degree which included courses in science and business, including economics, accounting and marketing.
Since her admission, Darci has focused her expertise on commercial litigation and insolvency, including assisting with complex partnership disputes, director and shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, debt recovery, and personal and corporate insolvency in Supreme Courts in Queensland and New South Wales and in the Federal Court.
Darci prides herself on her dedication to her clients and managing cases with a strong eye for detail. She understands the importance of providing practical and commercial advice, and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients in a cost effective way.
